Mountain biker Rab Wardell passed away at age 37, just days after winning a Scottish championship.
Rab Wardell, a mountain biker who competed in and won the Scottish MTB XC Championships, passed away at the age of 37.
Katie Archibald, a track cyclist who is Wardell's partner, tweeted on Wednesday that Wardell had experienced a "cardiac arrest" on Tuesday.
I believe you are aware that Rab passed away yesterday morning," wrote Archibald. "I am still baffled by what has transpired;
